LD Sports Therapy - "sports injury specialists"
Injury Guide

LD Sports Therapy treats a wide range of injuries. The professional training Sports Therapists receive means they have knowledge specific to each sport and the needs of an athlete competing in such a sport. This knowledge is applied to the injury and the rehabilitation making it specific to you. The Injury By Sport list below, to the left shows common injuries for each sport.

Not all injuries are caused by sport however; DIY, gardening, walking and other leisure and every day activities can sometimes prove just as likely to cause an injury. See our Injury by Body Part list below to the right, to get an idea of the injuries we treat.

Some of the injuries on these lists can be chronic injuries if you have been suffering for a substanial period of time but it's never too late to begin treatment.

These lists are not exhaustive, unfortunately there are many more injuries that could be causing your pain. Your initial appointment with Laura will establish the cause of your pain or discomfort and your treatment plan can begin.
